Step 1: Take The First Step
Today is the day you take the first step.DAY1
Step 2: Meet Your Facilitator
Meet with a Professional Coach to complete an evaluation. We use an InBody body composition analyzer to measure weight, body fat percentage, and skeletal muscle mass. You will then complete a short physical test involving strength, cardio vascular endurance, and flexibility/mobility. From there we will have actual data which will help determine the best way to Facilitate your fitness.DAY1
Step 3: Find A Plan That Fits
We offer Nutrition Coaching, One-on-One Training, and Group Classes. Our Professional Coaches will Facilitate a plan that involves one, two, or a combination of all three services we offer. Fitness is not one size fits all. We will determine what is the best fit for you.DAY1
Day 1: The First Step
We help you learn the fundamentals and everything involved with being fit. Our coaches and community help keep you accountable and support you along the way. We do this by Facilitating One-on-One Training, Nutrition, and Group Training.DAY1
Day 30: Let’s Go Champ!
Congratulations! You’ve been with Facilitator Fitness/CrossFit Conductor for 30 days! You’ve created new lifestyle habits and it has been a big adjustment. But you’ve had support along the whole way, and you are already seeing incredible changes!DAY30
Day 60: Consistency
You’ve developed the habits and instilled those habits with consistency. It hasn’t gotten any easier, but you have become stronger! Great Job!DAY60
Day 90: Now The Real Journey Begins
You’ve learned to do things you’ve never thought you could. You’re doing things you never thought you would.
